Problems with new profiles options

From the changelog/blog.....

[fw gen 2] - ability to disable/enable built in rom tables
[lib] ability to enable/disable rom tables
[util] updates for new everything

How do I use the option?   There is nothing in the gui app....the advanced tab still contains only a single greyed out entry.

Trying to use the command line app errors out.

Running Windows7 Pro.
