Placed an order directly via the website for some Pi 4 case on 3/17. A week later there is no movement on the website that shows the order has shipped. I've sent request for an update via the web form and received a canned response via email. I replied to that email but still no response. Calling the phone number listed on the website just goes to some generic phone menu which then goes to a voicemail. I just need to know if what I ordered is out of stock so I can order elsewhere.
