Help with Help

So I took the plunge and now doing the battle of getting a flirc to make my Nividia Shield 3rd gen work with my Harmony One remote.
After doing the Google thing I almost got it working the way I wanted. I can't quite get it right so I came here.
When I go to start where I should I get an error(see attachment).What is strange is I saw a working page yesterday.

Finally had time to retry this AM with no luck. 
I've got the buttons on my Harmony to work except Back And Home. 
I've been using full keyboard and windows key+enter=home=exit(on Harmony)
Esc key on keyboard=Back = they button on the Harmony that is normally used for recall or last channel.
