March 19, 20251 yr comment_40233 So, I've been setting up the Skip remote, and it's been mostly self-explanatory. One thing I can't figure out is how to remove the delay between button presses. For instance, having programmed the remote to work with my Plex machine, if I then try to move the selector in Plex to the right to select a show and try to use multiple consecutive button presses of the remote, there's a forced delay between each press. This means not all button presses are registered. The delay seems to the LED timeout delay (the LED will light up with the first press, and button presses will only register once it has turned off again), meaning I can't lower it beyond 1 second. This is, of course, completely unusable as a TV remote, and I can't imagine this is the intended behavior. So, I must be missing something. But what? Can someone help me figure this out? I'm on the latest firmware, and am using the Flirc IR receiver. Report
