Flirc USB could not see some keys

Hi, 

I purchased Flirc USB, I have a Sony RM-V302 remote control and try to map all keys. Most of the keys are mapped ok however there are 3 keys could not be detected by flirc i.e. PIP, RECALL and GUIDE key. IR debug does not show any event when these 3 keys are pressed. Any advice?
