The download page says that v3.27.16 is 64-bit, but when I run the installer, it wants to install into "C:\Program Files (x86)" which is for 32-bit programs.  What gives?

    This is going from bad to worse! The downloads page now says that 3.25 is the latest version. I already have 3.27.16 installed under Windows 11, and when I run it, it offers to install 3.27.19. What gives?
