The packaging was partially open, along with the box containing the case and it was missing 2 screws and the thermal pad. No damage to the case, just missing a couple things. jagrove425 Posted June 17, 2015 Report Share Posted June 17, 2015 Mine was also missing the thermal pad. I sent a request to support a couple days ago but have yet to hear anything. I'm really just curious to know how thick the pad is supposed to be so I can buy my own, I'm not really worried about having them send me one. I'll come back if I get anything back from them.
