July 9, 20242 yr comment_36633 I got a new laptop and exported my remote config from the old laptop and imported into the new laptop. Activities A and B can both use my learned sound system and TV remotes, but if I add an additional device (an HDMI switch that is also learned) to activity A, I run into two issues: If I complete the wizard, the buttons mappings all reset, which is not ideal for me. If I back out of the wizard, the new device is removed from the activity, so I can't use it unless I reset all my mappings. As an alternative I thought maybe I'd add an activity C just for the functions that the hdmi switcher provides, only to find I can't select my learned TV and sound system (though I can select my newly learned HDMI switch).
