July 1, 20242 yr comment_36553 Hi, I tried to use the remote to control Vu+ Uno 4k SE Sattelite Receiver. I found the device under the category "Set Top Box". Unfortunately, neither the device "UNO 4K SE" nor the "Most Models" Device is working correct. It seems that everything is working, but not the key "CURSOR UP". The Cursor up key is doing nothing. How can this be fixed? The Vu+ is my main device in the living room and without the CURSOR UP Key, it's mostly useless. Thanks and regards Report
July 1, 20242 yr Author comment_36560 Hi again, as a first workaround, I recorded the cursor up key from my working original Vu+ remote to a new custom device, only containing the four cursor keys and the ok button. I than added a fourth device to my remote profile and mapped only the cursor up key to the one from the new custom Vu+ device. Seems to work right now. But I think it would be nice to fix this on the app, so it's also working for everyone else. Report
