Hi I have a Cox Contour set-top box, but the remote is not working with it even after selecting it as the input. Is there any way to fix this?

    Sorry for the delay. What version of the GUI are you using? I had some updates this week, can you make sure you are on the latest? We are currently one: v0.9.969-beta

    Do you still have the original remote?
