dirty_denim86
Hey, I'm just trying to get my HTPC functioning with my Harmony Ultimate One remote. I updated the firmware on the flirc to version 2.6 which I believe is the latest, setup the device on myharmony application using the flirc xbmc profile. But when I plug in the flirc device into my zotac which is running xbmcbuntu there is no response from the remote. I was wondering if I could get a hand with this I know there definitely is a step I am missing. Any help would be appreciated!
dirty_denim86
Turns out I just had to enable Built-in Profile under Advanced options after doing that plugged the flirc right into my zotac and boom I am able to control my XBMC with my harmony remote. I have been turning on my HTPC using Wake on Lan I was wondering if there was anyway to enable a feature that would allow me to also turn on the HTPC. I do notice that in the sequence for the activity I have setup that the HTPC is not a power on or off option.
Chris!
Wake from sleep is really the closest to power on or off using flirc: https://flirc.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/200904676-Getting-flirc-to-wake-up-your-computer

Has anyone had any experience setting up wake on USB using a zotac? I think that might do the trick for me starting it up from shutdown. dirty_denim86
I am using the FLIRC XBMC harmony profile would I add the Wake option in there or through the FLIRC application?
Chris!
I believe you assign a remote button to be a "wake button" using the Flirc GUI
