I have my Harmony 700 set up as a Samsung BR player (since I don't actually own no actual Samsung BR player), and the FLIRC emulating a keyboard... adjust the speed in the Harmony software, speeds seem fine to me.

So you're setting up the Harmony to control the Zotac as a second TV? Why not set it up the FLIRC as a DVD player?

I own that same case. First thing I did? YANK OUT THE LCD... Heh. The whole IR remote for the PSU is really the best thing ever!
