The .96 version of the sofware is still broken. This has been a known issue since at least June (as noted in other posts) and should be promptly fixed. Less PC savy people are not likely to leave favorable reviews after receving a product that doesn't work out of the box as advertised. Once the drives are updated, the flirc does work well though.
