It is a harmony remote. I wasn't sure what the built in profile option did so I didn't uncheck it. Sounds like that is the problem, I'll try it out when I get home. Thank you!

Whenever I attempt to erase a key that was programmed using the logitech harmony remote I just receive that message "Button already erased" but when I then click the button again, it is still programmed the same as before.
