  1. zendesk login problems

    km1 posted a topic in General Questions
    Recently purchased a Flirc USB v2. How do I access the zendesk knowledge base? I tried to access via this link https://flirc.zendesk.com/hc/en-us but I do not have the correct login details and when I try to reset my passsword I don't receive an email. Any ideas?
