After removing / putting batteries again and again, it's finally working. Hope it won't do the same tomorrow

Hello, I don't understand why but yesterday i was unable to shut down my TV. I have changed batteries, still not working When I'm plugging my remote in USB on my mac with the app I can do everything with "test actions" menu, but when i remove the usb cable the remote is not working. Nothing happens when I tap a button (no light, nothing) I've tried to restore default configuration within the app and restore my configuration, still the same. I've done nothing on my remote since several weeks, i don't understand why it's completely blocked right now. What do you suggest ? Please help. I'm now completely addicted to this remote :(

Just to give you positive feedbacks as well when firsts bugs will be fixed, the remote and the app are great. So many possibilities and customisations ideas. It’s an amazing device.

Spend 2 hours to test several things, i'm done ... Everything works as expected when I test my config with the remote plugged to my Mac (yes i'm using macOS version, is it related ?) and putting every On/Off actions on "Repeat 3" or "Repeat 5" (Repeat 1 not working at all) But when i'm trying "unplugged" the preamp is never starting / shutting down when I press the On/Off remote button (i have tested with "Power Toggle" and "Power On/Off" actions : same behavior) The only workaround i've found is to add "Power Toggle" or "Power On" to another button (button "8" in my example). Then to start my activity, i press "8" then "On/Off" I have the feeling that the remote firmware is not completely working like the app or a part of the config is not properly synced. Or because i've done to many tests, config loaded on remote has been corrupted ? Please find attach my config.file if it could help to reproduce Living Room.skip

Same. Plugged Test have not the same behavior than unplugged. also noticed that if i change the power toggle to « repeat: 3 » it works ?! @Mainwaring is it the same for you ?

Sorry another question. is it possible to start the ps5 with the remote ? If not do you know if flirc usb could help ?

If i associate the "Power Toggle" of the Sony AC on the mute button (not so natural) -> it works If i associate the "Power Toggle" of the Sony AC on the Power Button (before or after the Power On of the TV) -> Not working (only TV power on)

Yes it works. Volume Up/Down are working when I select A/C / Sony / STRDN Series More weird, if I create an activity only with this device I can also turn on/off When I'm adding my device to another activity (with my TV and my box), Turn on is not working .... We have something here, continue my test

Unfortunately not. I've tested all STRxxx available in A/V, no one is turning on my DN1080 :( Any other suggestions ? Do I need to wait for the next feature where it will be possible to setup a device using the original remote controller ?

Actually I think it’s possible by adding a custom action through the interface. Selecting your TV on the right and drag n drop the « Set HDMIx » to the on/off button below « Power On ». didn’t test it but should work no ?

Hello Team, Can you please let me know if Sony STR DN1080 (Home Theater Preamp) is supported ? I’ve tried all Sony audio devices (in audio and misc section) but no one is working at this point or I miss it. Since all my devices are installed on it, i can’t use my new remote :( I don’t know the code but I know it was working with my previous harmony. Thanks for your help.

It's a quite important feature. If we have a TV Box and a console, we need to switch from HDM1 to HDM2. If not, what the interest to create several activities ?
