  1. I know you're busy Jason, but any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
  2. Checking in on the logs, Jason. Any suggestions? I'd really appreciate any help you might be able to provide in getting my remote functionality back. Frustratingly close to everything working as required! Have changed the batteries but no difference. The Flirc USB seems to be disconnecting and reconnecting often causing the app to freeze.
  3. Also, is there a rough ETA on the new firmware, as I have a finite amount of time to return the device if it is not expected to work with my system. Thank you again.
  4. Looking at the logs... is it usual behaviour for the device to disconnect and reconnect like this? The app seems to freeze up quite regularly - wonder if this is why. The black plastic cap was loose when I purchased the device but attached during testing. Faulty potentially?
  5. Hi Jason, apologies. I tried one log alternating Up and OK and one with just OK being pressed, but I see that it is unavailable. Here are some new logs with just the OK button and just the Up button being held down... Batteries are fine. OKButton_Hold.txt
  6. May I ask, is there a more direct way to contact Support regarding this? I just cannot understand why I cannot get the remote to properly pair.

  10. Also, the app seems to be locking up quite a bit. It hasn't crashed yet, but becomes unresponsive after a few button inputs.

  12. Hi guys, I'm having difficulty setting up my Philips TV remote for use with a Win 11 machine running Kodi - specifically, the arrow controls and OK button. When I try to map these controls, they seem to alternate during use for some reason. So, pressing Up will ether either result in Up or OK, Left either Left or Right, Right either Right or Left, and Down either Down or nothing. Any advice appreciated!
