For a while it seems the USB port powers down on a win10 PC. In the device manager all devices and hubs are set not to power down the USB ports. Also in power management the USB power saving is disabled. Still after a long period the only way to get the flirc to respond is to toggle the USB port (eg with a mouse), flirc then becomes active and works. Any tips?
