I watched a YouTube on the Flirc. Very cool but I guessing would need some mods to do the above.

I did a quick search but couldn't find a thread on this. Could you let me know is it possible to write code to use Flirc to turn on and off air conditioning and set the setpoint based on indoor and or outdoor air temperature with a Raspberry Pi and the correct associated hardware? If so has someone done it? Cheers Andre
