  2. Hello, I'm using a flirc IR receiver since about 8 month on my media center which is running 24/7. I'm experiencing an issue, after a few days the flirc becomes unreactive to IR commands. When the issue is there the IR receiver is still visable with lsusb. There's nothing in the errorlogs pointing out an issue with the flirc. in /var/log/ grep flirc *.* only lists the initialisation no errors at all. When I replug flirc usb adapter it is immediatly working again. Any ideas what could cause this issue? dmesg |grep flirc after replugging the usb IR device: [ 4.041898] usb 1-2.1: Product: flirc [ 4.043832] usb 1-2.1: Manufacturer: flirc.tv [ 4.055620] input: flirc.tv flirc as /devices/pci0000:00/0000:00:12.2/usb1/1-2/1-2.1/1-2.1:1.0/input/input7 [ 4.057753] hid-generic 0003:20A0:0001.0003: input,hidraw2: USB HID v1.01 Keyboard [flirc.tv flirc] on usb-0000:00:12.2-2.1/input0 [585519.557732] usb 1-2.1: Product: flirc [585519.557738] usb 1-2.1: Manufacturer: flirc.tv [585519.569618] input: flirc.tv flirc as /devices/pci0000:00/0000:00:12.2/usb1/1-2/1-2.1/1-2.1:1.0/input/input17 [585519.569883] hid-generic 0003:20A0:0001.0004: input,hidraw2: USB HID v1.01 Keyboard [flirc.tv flirc] on usb-0000:00:12.2-2.1/input0Thanks for suggestions.
