  1. Hi Chris It seems the adapter can provide 120mA. UNfortunately it won't recognise a Hub, according to the manufacturer and confirmed by myself. Another option might be to try one of those 'power boosting cables'.
  2. Jason, Chris thanks for your replies. @jason, the adapter (if that was you were asking) is one of these: http://handheldsci.com/kb, they only have one model. FWIW I'm using firmware 3.5 on the Flirc. @Chris - any idea how much Flirc needs? I can ask Handheld Sci what they can provide. Wonder would a USB hub work around this? Chat
  3. Hi Folks I just received a Flirc the other day and it works fine when I plug into PC or Linux box, however my intended application involves connecting into a keyboard adapter device: usb kbd in to bluetooth HID out, and in this mode it is not working... or rather is extremely intermittent . ( The adapter works fine with a 'regular' USB keyboard). Of course I've contacted the adapter manufacturers too ( HandHeld Scientific) but would like to know if there is anything on the Flirc side that might be at play? Kind regards Chat
