Play and Pause on Harmony Companion remote don't work

I am having the issue whereby my Play & Pause buttons on my Harmony Companion remote don't work in Flirc.  I've erased them and re-recorded them a 100 times now, and they never begin working.  All other keys on the remote generate a respective green key press flash in the Flirc GUI, except Play & Pause.

They used to work fine, and unfortunately I don't know what changed to stop them working :-(

The PC is running Win10 x64 21H1.

Here is my device log output after re-recording the two keys:

If I enable IR Debugging and then press the Play button on the Harmony, I get this:

So it would seem the key press is making it to the Flirc software OK?

I'm unable to get play, pause, or TogglePower working on my Harmony 650 remote control, when controlling Flirc v2 USB on NVIDIA Shield TV Pro (2019). The Flirc & Shield are newly purchased.  I haven't tested exhaustively yet, but other functions seem to be okay.

(I am able to work around lack of Shield power-up by adding "DirectionDown" & "DirectionUp" commands to the end of the Activity Startup Command list used by my Shield activity.  Haven't yet found a way to explicitly power-down the Shield though).
