Save HID Consumer codes to config file

Presently the only way I can figure out to send a 'media stop' command is to issue an HID command through the command line:

flirc_util.exe record_api 183 102

The problem is that this command does not persist when I load a config, make a change and save it again.

Is there a way to set or save this via the UI so I can store it as part of the config?
