samuraixzodus
I just received my FLIRC!!!! Very cool! I am running Win 8 with XBMC Frodo. I can configure FLIRC to work with minimalist setting but when I try XBMC, the go command is not responding and nothing records as a key map? Does anyone have suggestions? Chris!
Hi samuraixodus, Sorry for the confusion, the "Go" button in the GUI is only for the minimalistic preset. To program using other presets you have to press the key on the Flirc gui software that you want to program then it will ask you to press a button on your remote, repeat this until you have programmed all the remote control buttons you want to. Does this help?

It's not as intuitive as it seems - at the very least the "Go" button in the other presets should pop up a dialog that says it won't do anything. I'll mention it to Jason and put it on my lost of improvements to remember. Glad to hear it's going well otherwise :)
