IR does not work

I am using Flirc to control Shield TV, I have Shield and Kodi profile and using Harmony 665. Suddenly I cannot control  Shield anymore. Harmony is sending something according to its screen. But it Shield does not respond. I connected to PC and tried IR debugging, something is seen in the logs.

When I push OK button:
