kanth
I have a first gen flirc, (clear usb).Is there a way to copy the configuration off of it, and onto a new (2nd gen) flirc? If I just plug the first gen one into the pc, load the software, do a save config... save it off? then I can just apply that config with a load to the second flirc? jason
Yes, so just save from the first and load onto the second. There is about a 15% chance it wont work, the hashes created can be different on the new one. Let me know.

When I try the new flirc many buttons do not do the right function.I tried to read the settings from my file to do a remapping..I put in the NEW flirc, and load it with the config settings file from the old flirc. Then I run this: (tried as admin as well)C:\Program Files (x86)\Flirc>flirc_util.exe settings[D] lib/libtransport/hid.c hid_send_packet(83): IError getting versiondevice disconnected, can't run command I don't mind remapping items, but I would kind of like to know what I put in for the special button presses to make it easier!Anything I can do?
