Ubuntu 16.04 flirc_util status Last upgrade attempt: Erro

Hello,

I am fresh owner of flirc (streacom edition), but software for linux (in my case ubuntu 16.04 server) seems to be broken.

cli returns: Last upgrade attempt: Error, but recording works ok, memory, and deleting indexes as well, and some others commands.

I tried also Ubuntu Desktop live 16.04 and GUI does not show connected status. Cli works ok, except status command.

Any solution?

Thanks
