XBOX One Remote Control

So you went through the Kinect, using its IR blaster?

No, I simply purchased the remote control from Best Buy, then used the FLIRC Setup Utility to configure it for XBMC.  This is being used on a Windows 7 XBMC installation.

Just wanted to drop a line and provide verification that the new Xbox One remote control from Microsoft works with FLIRC.  I had no problems programming this remote using Windows 7 using the XBMC configuration.

On the strength of this post, one of these remotes has just landed on my work desk :D I can have a half day to go home and program it, right?
