  1. hello, i want to turn on and off my pc using the xbox one elite 2 controller and i am wondering if flirc will help to perform this task? i was told that the xbox one controller has IR built in so there has to be a way to do this...

In searching for a way to get Kodi running on my XBox One, I ran across this site: https://kinkeadtech.com/xbox-one-xbmc-kodi-live-tv-oneguide-integration/ I have not had a chance to play around with this yet. However the author uses Eventghost and a MCE IR dongle. That combination is what FLIRC makes unnecessary. Much of the author's guide is dedicated to getting that combination to work correctly with the XBone. I'm wondering if anyone here has played around with this sort of a setup using FLIRC, and gotten it to work. I may try to find some time this week to play with this, but am prett
  3. Hi everybody Have discovered the Flirc and looking forward to getting it working with my XBMC and Logitech Harmony 1000 remote. So far I installed the latest software from the Flirc website (v1.2.2) and also added the Media Center PC > Flirc profile on my Harmony remote. I have noticed that the buttons on the Harmony do not seem to activate the controls on my XBMC screen, so proceeded to map some buttons manually from the Flirc software to button presses on my Harmony remote – after a while I noticed that not all buttons were able to be mapped as the XBMC grid within the Flirc s
