  1. I am on ubuntu 12.04 64 bit. after adding the line to the apt source list and running apt-get update I see these errors: Ign http://apt.flirc.tv binary/ Release Err http://apt.flirc.tv binary/ Packages 404 Not Found W: Failed to fetch http://apt.flirc.tv/arch/i386/binary/Packages 404 Not Found E: Some index files failed to download. They have been ignored, or old ones used instead. The apt-get install flirc fails with E: Unable to locate package flirc I tried downloading the manual install files. If I run Flirc on my account it runs but will not connect to the device. If I run as root I get: undefined symbol: libusb_get_port_number flirc_util gives me the same error message.
