I don't know what the hell is wrong with windows. I'm sorry. There are no viruses. It's crazy. It doesn't say what it is, it's erroneous.
I'm having this issue as well on Chrome. I can download it using Edge but based on what Chrome is saying I think I'm going to hold off until it's fixed.
