No help received on this issue what so ever on a product purchased in August. Not a good way to treat customers.

Please can I have a refund? I have not received any response to this issue.

Unfortunately I’m still unable to use the case without any screws and have not received a response about this order issue.

Hi @jason my Flirc Pi4 case order did not include any screws for assembly. Can you please send the missing 4x screws? Thank you
