I'm experiencing the same issue. This should REALLY be stressed to potential customers BEFORE we buy the product. Instead of it working out of the box, I'm having to set up a Linux virtual machine to get something working because I don't want to have to go through the trouble of sending it back. If it works after, I'll be satisfied, but this is not how I envisioned spending my time after a hard day at work.
