  1. @jasonsorry for the delay, here is the file. Living Room-after-965.skip
  2. Hi @jason today my remote crash, I wanted to turn off my devices but the remote did't react no lights. My last button was the "stop" symbol and B or A profile and Power button. the "stop" it work but the power off did't. the profile A/B don't know if work or not. Also, since it was dark, maybe I pressed another buttons. Connected to the PC. Open the skip app and the remote light again to Profile A. This are new batteries from 1 week ago. Its a long time that I did't have any issues, maybe a wrong timing combination press buttons did the crash. 3. Hi @jason since I update to gd911a15 did't have any crash/lock/dead , but today I click the button Profile A and it light two times and then it was dead, any other button nothing, so I follow the steps: Remote Model SKIP.1S.RELEASE.A06 Firmware Version 4.12.23-0-gd911a15 Skip app: 0.9.956 [Beta] Logs: <2>task_start(41): Hypnos: v4.12.23 <1>malloc_addblock(61): Heap Block: 0x20002C0C - 0x20007BFF (19k) <1>log_rcause(378): BOD33 BOD12 SYST WDT EXT POR <1>log_rcause(385): F F T F F F <2>crash_report(208): ***** Hardware Exception ***** <2>crash_report(212): ------------------------------ <2>crash_report(213): r0: 0x0000d407 <2>crash_report(214): r1: 0x00010214 <2>crash_report(215): r2: 0x20007f28 <2>crash_report(216): r3: 0x20007f23 <2>crash_report(217): r12: 0x20002c70 <2>crash_report(218): lr: 0x000112d0 <2>crash_report(219): ra: 0x0000dc89 <2>crash_report(220): xpsr: 0x0100dc09 <2>crash_report(224): ******************************* <1>init_remote(280): Initializing Past Profile: A <3>usb_hotplug(46): Connected First proc: { "USB": 86255 } First: butt: It show really fast something like : Sending message... but it disappear Other proc: { "USB": 300136 } Other butt: same as before. After clicking any button of the remote, (light the white color of the profile). any "butt" commands respond something like depending the button I click. { "5": { "Released": 2440 } } I got a new message that a new update to install : [0.9.957] , Should I install this? ... Database - SMSL - SU-8 Firmware - Bug fix that can cause power leak Firmware - Bug On power up where LED ring may not dislay I removed from PC, but remote is dead. I removed the batteries and put it again, same dead. I think the batteries got depleted, took almost 2 weeks... I think the crash/dead is auto restarting the remote, so I did't notice any "dead" behavior like old firm versions, but still is consuming batteries somehow... that is my thought not sure if the auto restar after crash is something that you added recently or is just my assumption.
  4. @english yes exactly that. I forgot to write this in the forum. I found the same, using "Pause" I can do play/pause. except in some scenarios for example If I want to return to see something on my blu-ray player that I had Stop, then the "Pause" will not play, or I have to click the Center Key two times since it opens a menu to ask what source to reproduce. Or the other alternative that I did is to set "Play" to the 0 digit, since only on few scenarios I will need it and I don't bother having in that place.
  5. @jason fine I will post future batteries post related here https://forum.flirc.tv/index.php?/topic/12049-battery-does-not-last-for-more-than-a-day/page/4/ I bought it from public page https://flirc.tv/products/skip1s-remote-universal-remote-control?variant=43489094729960 my order is #SHOP-37530 Nov 1, 2023
  6. that is strange I have OLEDC2 LG and Code Group 1 works for me.
  7. @jason could be that my control configuration is corrupted? I added some delays because is wasn't working properly lately , and is working kind of bad, like is not waiting. not sure if its the battery or the config. but connected to the PC it works. https://pastebin.com/VfP2w6mn https://youtube.com/shorts/nSbAEpoiorA?si=iSOBRPcleDUDw0MQ
  8. here managed to put the complete version https://pastebin.com/8i0u9PbS
  9. @jason here https://pastebin.com/5Z8s3U2x this are the "Slimmed Down Config"
  10. @jason managed to get error logs. the ones with the issue are not rechargeable they are generics, LR03 1.5V (https://www.simplicity.com.ar/pilas-alcalinas-simplicity-aaa-troquelada/p) what I did: put the "dead" batteries , then click 3 times any button and then it "shutdown", then I connected to the PC with the batteries, and check logs and found this. (I reproduce it two times, so two logs sessions.) Maybe it helps or maybe they are normal logs. Note: I don't see a low battery message in the log that I looked that before when using a rechargeable batteries. I can record a video if that still is needed after you analyze the logs, let me know. <2>task_start(41): Hypnos: v4.13.4 <1>malloc_addblock(61): Heap Block: 0x200030E8 - 0x20007BFF (18k) <1>log_rcause(383): BOD33 BOD12 SYST WDT EXT POR <1>log_rcause(390): F F T F F F <2>crash_report(208): ***** Hardware Exception ***** <2>crash_report(212): ------------------------------ <2>crash_report(213): r0: 0x0000d88b <2>crash_report(214): r1: 0x000108dc <2>crash_report(215): r2: 0x20007f28 <2>crash_report(216): r3: 0x20007f23 <2>crash_report(217): r12: 0x2000314c <2>crash_report(218): lr: 0x00011ac0 <2>crash_report(219): ra: 0x0000e10d <2>crash_report(220): xpsr: 0x0100e08d <2>crash_report(224): ******************************* <1>init_remote(280): Initializing Past Profile: A <3>usb_hotplug(46): Connected <2>default_handler(163): Down pressed <2>default_handler(163): Down released <2>default_handler(163): Down pressed <2>default_handler(163): Down released <2>default_handler(163): Okay pressed <2>default_handler(163): Okay released <2>default_handler(163): Up pressed <2>default_handler(163): Up released <2>default_handler(163): Right pressed <2>default_handler(163): Right released <2>default_handler(163): Left pressed <2>default_handler(163): Left released — <2>task_start(41): Hypnos: v4.13.4 <1>malloc_addblock(61): Heap Block: 0x200030E8 - 0x20007BFF (18k) <1>log_rcause(383): BOD33 BOD12 SYST WDT EXT POR <1>log_rcause(390): F F T F F F <2>crash_report(208): ***** Hardware Exception ***** <2>crash_report(212): ------------------------------ <2>crash_report(213): r0: 0x0000d88b <2>crash_report(214): r1: 0x000108dc <2>crash_report(215): r2: 0x20007f28 <2>crash_report(216): r3: 0x20007f23 <2>crash_report(217): r12: 0x2000314c <2>crash_report(218): lr: 0x00011ac0 <2>crash_report(219): ra: 0x0000e10d <2>crash_report(220): xpsr: 0x0100e08d <2>crash_report(224): ******************************* <1>init_remote(280): Initializing Past Profile: A <3>usb_hotplug(46): Connected <2>default_handler(163): Down pressed <2>default_handler(163): Down released <2>default_handler(163): Down pressed <2>default_handler(163): Down released
  11. @jason are you talking about the app or the batteries comment? I tried putting again the "dead" batteries and I can click three times an activity button, I can see the light turn on, but then is not doing anything after 2-3 click, low battery I guess ..? Should I update to Alpha 4 or keep on 3 and report/help issues with another pair of batteries?
  12. when trying to Sync, without batteries. Mac NSInvalidArgumentException - *** -[__NSPlaceholderDictionary initWithObjects:forKeys:count:]: attempt to insert nil object from objects[2]
  13. @jason today my batteries die again. but with the previous firmare from https://forum.flirc.tv/index.php?/topic/13729-skipapp-09955-with-ir-learning-alpha-3/#comment-32788 I connected a pair of rechargeable batteries (not fully charge). I connected to the PC but logs are empty, after clicking Refresh it log this: <2>task_start(41): Hypnos: v4.13.4 <1>malloc_addblock(61): Heap Block: 0x200030E8 - 0x20007BFF (18k) <1>log_rcause(383): BOD33 BOD12 SYST WDT EXT POR <1>log_rcause(390): F F T F F F <2>init_remote(261): Low Battery <1>init_remote(280): Initializing Past Profile: B <3>usb_hotplug(36): Disconnected <3>usb_hotplug(46): Connected <3>learn(85): learn called with: Enable <3>learn(85): learn called with: Disable I guess there is no way to save the exception error logs that probably drain the battery?
  14. Sometimes (3 times) my remote did't turn on and after taking out and putting back again the batteries the remote came to life again. After two months my batteries died minimal use, I have to swap with another pair of batteries then those die in one day (they where not new batteries could be that) then swap again a batteries, for now its working. could be that stuck loop that you are describing and drained. I did't report since I was thinking was an old issue in the first kickstarted units and wasn't mine, since other reported that never got back to life again. I will try this new firmware.
  15. okay let's tried it. First time trying IR Learning - Alpha. I download the Mac and replace from Skip App 0.9.955[Beta] to Skip App 0.9.955.7091 [learning] I got the dialog for update but it did an downgrade? from 4.22 to 4.13 ? After update: Remote Model SKIP.1S.RELEASE.A06 Firmware Version 4.13.4-0-gaa92d6f
