Hi guys,
I have just received a new Flirc dongle and intend to use it to interface my Harmony Touch to my Raspberry Pi 2.
I followed these instructions:
Download the repository from xbmc.flirc.tv
Connect to OpenELEC HTPC with a FTP software such as Filezilla (username: root / password: openelec)
Copy repository.flirc-1.0.0.zip to the HTPC with the FTP software
In XBMC, go to System > Add-ons > Install from a zip file and locate the repository.flirc-1.0.0.zip file
After installing the repository, go to System > Add-ons > Get Add-ons > Official Flirc XBMC Add-on Repository > Services > Flirc > Install
Finally, reboot the computer and the Flirc configuration will start automatically upon start-up
From this website: http://mymediaexperience.com/flirc-remote-control-companion/
When I go to run the Add-On it says that I'm running on unsupported hardware and crashes.
Is there anything that I can try?
Many thanks, apologies if this has been asked before, I couldn't find anything specifically for the RP2.
James
