I just got my Flirc today. I downloaded the software, and it recognized it as Flirc in windows. I decided to see of there was a firmware upgrade so I clicked on it, and when I came back the program had frozen and had to be force closed. Now when I plug the device in it comes up as bootldr and no drivers can be found for it. I can post a picture if needed of what it says in the device window.

I thought that the upgraded shipping came with tracking but I didnt get an email and there isnt anything on the order history.
