Does someone already have a config they'd be willing to share that works with multiple apps?

Thank you. So it'll work in multiple apps where the same keystroke combination does the same function. But it cannot save the same key per app with a different combination. Do I have this right?

I just bought a flirc. I've read some of the doc. My initial understanding was that I'd be able to control all pc functions and apps. Now after reading a bit, it seems that it will only control one media center app. Does it control only one app or multiple? Can it emulate a windows mouse and/or do windows functions?
