  3. Hi It's the "Dell Renesas USB 3.0 Host Controller". I'm not positive if it's a motherboard or USB driver. Yes, this was an upgrade. Just wanted to see if they had any updates dealing with USB. Hope this helps. http://www.dell.com/support/drivers/us/en/19/DriverDetails/DriverFileFormats?DriverId=61X2W&FileId=2907012265&productCode=xps-l502x&urlProductCode=False
  4. OK...got mine working. Installed this: USB3_Renesas_W7_A03_Setup-61X2W_ZPE.exe from the Dell web site and the software connected.
  5. Sorry... no luck for me. I did have two listings for flirc.... interface 0 AND interface 1. I made the above changes to both. Thanks
  6. I just tried it on my daughter's Toshiba laptop and it worked fine.
  7. Anything we can try? I'm also running windows 7 / 64bit.
  8. I did just got it working on a different machine. Must be something with my Dell Laptop. Yes. I can do a little command line.
  9. I have tried all the ports...no luck
