  1. hi guys. So just picked up a Shield TV and been working on the Flirc config today. Seems I have everything working except for the double press on the home button. I have it mapped to the "1" button of the ViewTV-At163. It works well at pulling up the Android menu, but pushing the button twice quickly in succession doesn't bring up the multitask menu like it does on the original remote. Any suggestions? Inter-key delay shows 3 in the advanced menu of the Flirc software. Not sure if this has anything to do with it. Thanks!

  2. I have the same problem with 2 different boards. Flirc used to wake up an old Acer Revo in Windows, but no luck with these.

    Boards I'm using:

    Asus P8H77-I

    Gigabyte GA-H77N-WIFI

I can wake using an MCE IR adapter. Tried latest beta and older betas with recorded wake command. Using both Windows7 and 8.

Scratch this completely. I didn't realize that I needed to set enable suspend_detect in the beta firmware. Worked great on the Gigabyte board above. Haven't tested on the Asus P8h77-i, but I noticed that others were having the same issues with the P8 series boards. Maybe their fix is as simple as enabling sleep detection. I'll check back in once I get confirm that it's working (or not) on the Asus board.

  3. i tested both of these TV profile and they work %100!!

No repeat key issues and if you hold down left or right arrow, it'll scroll fast!!

I followed your guide exactly and used the Panasonic profile, but I have more repeat key issues than I had on my generic MCE IR. Any tips on getting this working like yours? :). Btw, I'm also using a 650, and I dropped the 2 delay types for the Panasonic device to 0.

    Thanks..

  4. I'm going to pursue lower international shipping rates soon because I'm getting product packaging. It should help things as I wont have to individually bubble wrap everything.

Follow up with me via email, I can work something out with you in the mean time.

I'm in the same boat here. I was on the order page about to get one, when the shipping boosted the price from $21 to almost $35. I figure a flirc would fit in a padded mailer and shipped off for next to nothing. I'm in Toronto btw... any way to get a flirc to me at a decent shipping rate? (packaging etc. is not important to me).
