  1. Ah, thanks yawor, my mistake. I changed it so I can open it in a hex editor. Forgot to change it back.
  2. Working on a fix right now for you. Thanks for being patient.
  3. @interr0bangr can you give the attached a shot? my_flirc_config2.bin
  4. Did anyone try my suggestion of using the commandline application? @interr0bangr if you can send me your config, I can modify it if you are having trouble using my Commandline app. Let me know. Looks like we are almost there.
  5. I believe I cover both in the commandlne utility: flirc_util record return & flirc_util record enter
  6. This is great work and exactly what. Needed. Thank you. This is still on the map, but at the end of this month. Great job, and when I release my new product in the next two weeks, send me a message, you're getting on the house as a thank you. I can eventually help that one key, which is return. It could be joystick select or something. If anyone else figures it out, they'll get the same gratitude and thank you gift from me. Again, sorry I haven't been able to help with this. It will be evident why shortly.
  7. Michiel - I thought you mentioned that firmware 3.1 fixed it? Was that not the case? I'm sorry, I can't see past black friday at this point. I will be working on the algorithm shortly after. I have some new code and simulations written so that I can write something to accomodate this remote as long as it's within the 38kHz.
  8. It is. I will be looking into this shortly.
  9. Try adding this to your /boot/cmdline.txt file: dwc_otg.speed=1 You'll need to reboot for that to work.
  10. Does it upload? you don't need the ini to run the GUI. Does the GUI eventually launch? If not, try sudo Flirc.
  11. Try the media center controller in my GUI, and record the 'sleep/suspend' button. This should also work to wake the pc.
  12. You can try erasing it and reprograming again as well.
  13. can you provide the output of lsusb?
  14. Ah, great point, let me have my artist do a rendition of the controller. Those links really help, but I'll need a bit more. Using the two images at the top of the post here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/shield-tv/help/please-post-favorite-controller-maps-t3402715 I'll need to figure out which buttons go with their corresponding keyboard keys. (Don't worry about the joystick for now). For example: keyboard hat up: Keyboard arrow up Keyboard hat down: Keyboard arrow down etc. The easiest way to do this is hook a keyboard up to the shield and figure it out with that. I'll reach out to my friend on the shield team to see if he can just give me the hid codes.
  15. So the NVIDIA shield has just a set amount of buttons. See attached. If I just have the following, It sounds like I'm going to be missing a lot of functionality. So I'll need a bit of help from you guys. What other keys are you looking for?
  16. sorry, does the old firmware work? If you have to press each button twice, just record them twice. Record up, then record it again.
  17. If you have a harmony 950, use: Manufacturer: Flirc Device: Kodi
  18. I think someone figured this out in another thread. If you go to settings on your firetv, make sure usb debugging is off. This will disable your usb port.
  19. Attached the firmware for you. Can you let me know what was wrong with the previous version. I'll update the current version so that whatever was working in this, works in the latest. There are issues with this release. fw_v3.1.bin
  20. Can you send me a message at support@flirc.tv? I'm behind on phone calls. You're right, it was returned to me, but don't worry, I'll get another out.
  21. does that program allow you to use your media center keys on your keyboard to control volume? If so, yes. See the attached.
